Can I add items to an order I have already placed?
As we despatch orders very quickly, unfortunately it is not possible to add to an existing order. If you require further items, you must place a new order via the shopping cart.

Is your website safe & secure with my personal details?
YES. We use an encrypted shopping server online to ensure all the details transmitted within our secure area are safe & sound. We do not disclose any personal information to anyone else.

Can you deliver to my work address or Friends house?
YES! Although we will need your registered card address to verify the card. This service is subject to authorisation & sometimes we can only deliver to the card address not any other. We will let you know by e-mail of any problems.

Do you deliver for the next day?
Royal Mail endeviour to deliver 95% of all parcels by first class mail the next working day. The DHL Courier service is a next day service but this is also not guaranteed. If you need your records urgently you can use Royal Mail specials delivery which will be £2.00 on top of the normal Royal Mail postage!
